How to Create
- Click the “New widget” button that is under the head title “Dashboard”.
- Then click or drag the "Insight" button to add a new insight widget to your dashboard.
- Select one option from the four: number of steps, time sitting, time standing and time walking then save it.
- You can change or delete the insight widget by clicking the right up corner settings button or remove button.
How to Use
The insight widgets show your current progress which is compared to your personal daily average. The upper green bar represents your current progress of number of steps, time sitting, time standing or time walking and the below yellow bar represents that on your daily average.
By using the Insight widget, you can see how you are performing today.
