When there are problems ( not receiving data ) with the connection between your data-provider and the VitaBit Platform this can have several different causes. This article will help you troubleshoot:
- You recently connected a data-provider
It can take from 5 minutes up to 24 hours before your data-providers start sending data to VitaBit.
- Data is not synchronized because user didn't open 3rd party app recently
It is possible you need to open an app on your smartphone before your tracker or application will synchronize the data to the server.
- Access to data is revoked on data-provider software/portal
It is possible to revoke VitaBits' access to your data on the data-provider software / portal. You can login and check if VitaBit is still authorized to access your data. Or you can visit our VitaBit Store to re-establish the connection.
- Data is synchronized but not visible in VitaBit Portal
When everything is connected correctly data on VitaBit Portal is almost direct available. For safety reasons we do an extra check after 4 hours if data is all send and correctly received. This means it can take up to 4 hours for the data to be visible in the VitaBit Portal.
