After you have updated the firmware from your Samsung device it is a known problem that the bluetooth can stop connection any device. Since the VitaBit tracker also works via Bluetooth this can happen. Were waiting for Samsung to solve this in their new firmware update.

- Open “Settings”
- Enter “Application manager”
- In the top-right corner, tap “Show system apps
- Tap “Bluetooth Share”.
- Then select Storage
- Run “CLEAR DATA” and “CLEAR CACHE”
